Warranty Policy

Ameliana offers a four-month warranty from the date of purchase for all faulty jewellery.

  • Covered issues include:
  • Broken chains, clasps, or stones.
  • Manufacturer errors that affect the proper use of the jewellery.
  • Discoloration (excluding fading from water use).

Exclusions

  • Jewellery issues occurring outside the four-month warranty period are not eligible for return or exchange due to faults.
  • Lost items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
  • Natural OxidationAll metals naturally oxidize over time, a process that can be affected by how the jewellery is cared for. Ameliana provides jewellery care advice to help customers extend the lifespan of their pieces.

Return Process

  • To be eligible for a warranty exchange/return, customers must email hello@ameliana.com.au detailing the reason for the return, the online order number and photo evidence of the faulty product.
  • Refunds can be issued to the original payment method or as an online credit matching the product's purchase value.
  • Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item(s), Ameliana will send a courtesy email to confirm processing.

All metals will naturally start to oxidise over a period of time and this is out of our control.  Depending on how the jewellery is cared for, this process can be managed by following our jewellery care instructions.
