Shipping and Returns

All orders are sent directly to you from Melbourne, Australia.

Shipping within Australia is $10.95 AUD for standard post and $14.95 AUD for express.

All Australian orders are shipped via Australia Post and include a tracking number, so you can keep an eye on your parcel’s journey.

For added security, a signature is required upon delivery to ensure the safe arrival of your package.

We currently deliver within Australia only.

Please note: Some areas may experience longer delivery times. While we do our best to ensure prompt delivery, we cannot guarantee Australia Post’s timeframes in certain mail zones. If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us at hello@ameliana.com.au, and we will assist in tracking your parcel.
